DAVID'S BAIL BONDS, II AND INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY, Appellants v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By order dated October 12, 2010, the Court ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within fifteen days, either the clerk's record or written verification that appellants had not paid for the record. We warned appellants that verification of non-payment would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b). On October 19, 2010, we received a letter from the Dallas County District Clerk stating appellants have not paid for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
