EDWARD JOHNSON D/B/A THE BODY SHOP AND BRUCE JOHNSON, Appellants v. GENE DUNN, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated August 3, 2010, the Court notified appellants that their brief was overdue. We directed appellants to file their brief and an extension motion within ten days, and warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellants have neither filed their brief nor otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding this appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
