MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letters dated April 15, 2010 and June 17, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the $175 filing fee for the appeal was due.   We directed appellant to pay the fee within ten days, and warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal.   See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(c).  To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee.   Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
