MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated June 16, 2010, the Court directed appellant to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Although we received a copy of a letter directed to the Dallas County District Clerk indicating a motion to dismiss the appeal was filed in the trial court, no such motion has been filed in this Court. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for failure to pay the filing fee.
