MEMORANDUM OPINION

The above appeal was abated on June 19, 2003 due to appellant's filing of bankruptcy. In response to our inquiry regarding the status of the bankruptcy proceedings, we received correspondence from appellees' counsel stating the matter was resolved in the bankruptcy court. Appellant did not respond. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Klein v. Hernandez, 315 S.W.3d 1, 3-4 (Tex.2010).
