DAVID'S BAIL BONDS II, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated April 14, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with written verification either that it made payment arrangements or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs for the clerk's record. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3. To date, appellant has not provided verification of payment. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
