IN RE: RICHARD JOHN FLORANCE, Relator
Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 3
Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 002-81238-06
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion by Justice Morris
Relator contends the trial court erred in sentencing him to jail for failure to release a lien. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Relator admits that he is not currently incarcerated. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus and motion for stay of execution of judgment. See Tex.R.App. P. 52.3(k)(1)(D); In re Stephens, No. 10-07-00278-CV, 2007 WL 2896902, at *2 (Tex.App.-Waco Oct. 4, 2007, orig. proceeding).
