MEMORANDUM OPINION
The Court has before it the parties' joint motion to reverse the trial court's judgment and render judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. We GRANT the motion, VACATE the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits, and RENDER judgment that appellee take nothing on her claim. See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
