IN RE: THE ANIMALS SEIZED FROM DOROTHY FIRMANTY
MEMORANDUM OPINION
On January 11, 2010, appellant Dorothy Firmanty filed a notice of appeal in this case. On April 26, 2010, we notified appellant that the time to file her brief had expired, and, if she did not file a brief and an extension motion within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. Appellant did not file an motion for extension of time until May 26, 2010, and still has not filed the brief.
Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(a)(1).
