MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated April 26, 2010, the Court notified appellant that his brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file his brief, together with an extension motion, within ten days. We further warned that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has neither filed his brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding his appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(c).
