MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 30, 2009, appellants Jennifer Yang and Songeui Hong filed a notice of appeal in this case. On December 3, 2009, we notified appellants that the $175 filing fee was due and that if appellants failed to pay the fee within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex.R.App. P. 5, 42.3(c).
