YONAEL YIRGALEM, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
OPINION
A jury convicted Yonael Yirgalem of burglary of a vehicle and assessed punishment at ninety days in the county jail, probated for twelve months, and a $750 fine. Based on the trial court's findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed, we concluded that appellant, who is represented by retained counsel, has abandoned his appeal. We ordered the appeal submitted without the briefs and without argument. See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(c), 38.8(b). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
