ROBERT L. TRENTHAM v. MID-AMERICA APARTMENTS, LP ET AL.
ORDER
Motions for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae in support of the applicants’ application were filed by both the National Apartment Association, as well as Public Entity Partners, the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association, and the Tennessee Municipal League. In addition to these motions, the briefs were simultaneously lodged with this Court. Having considered the arguments in the briefs, the motions are hereby granted.
Upon consideration of the application for permission to appeal of Mid-America Apartments, LP, and Mid-America Apartments, LP, d/b/a Venue at Cool Springs, and the record before us, the application is granted. The Clerk is directed to place this matter on the docket for oral argument upon the completion of briefing.
