Clark D. Frazier v. State of Tennessee
JUDGMENT
This case was heard upon the record on appeal from the Court of Criminal Appeals, application for permission to appeal having heretofore been granted, briefs and argument of counsel. Upon consideration thereof, this Court is of the opinion that the appellant, Clark D. Frazier, is not entitled to error coram nobis relief and, therefore, the Court of Criminal Appeals' judgment denying relief should be affirmed.
In accordance with the opinion filed herein, it is, therefore, ordered and adjudged that the Court of Criminal Appeals' judgment denying relief to the appellant is affirmed.
It appearing that the appellant is indigent, the costs of this appeal shall be paid by the State of Tennessee, for which execution may issue if necessary.
