ORDER
Based on credible information provided to this Court, I find Respondent's continued service as a municipal court judge poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public and the administration of justice.
IT IS ORDERED Respondent is hereby suspended from his judicial duties pursuant to Rule 17(b) of the Rules for Judicial Disciplinary Enforcement, Rule 502, SCACR, until further order of this Court.
