ORDER

By opinion filed May 27, 2026, Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of thirty days. In re Boles, Op. No. 28334 (S.C. Sup. Ct. filed May 27, 2026) (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 20 at 7). He has now filed an affidavit requesting reinstatement pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, contained in Rule 413 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

Despite the inexcusable nature of Respondent's misconduct, the request is granted, and Petitioner is hereby reinstated as a regular member of the South Carolina Bar. Petitioner is warned that any additional misconduct of this nature will result in a far greater sanction in the future.
