IN RE: James SARVIS (2021)

ORDER

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has filed a petition requesting this Court to transfer Respondent to incapacity inactive status pursuant to Rule 28, RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR. Respondent consents to the relief requested in the petition.

IT IS ORDERED that Respondent is transferred to incapacity inactive status until further order of this Court.
