Re: Richland County Adult Drug Court Program v. << (2016)

ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable H. Bruce Williams, Judge of the Court of Appeals, is hereby assigned to preside over the Richland County Adult Drug Court Program. Pursuant to this assignment, he is to have and exercise all powers and duties appertaining to a presiding Circuit Court Judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit while presiding over the Richland County Adult Drug Court Program.

This order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
