IN RE: Marhonda Shatoya SMITH, Petitioner.
ORDER
By opinion filed April 22, 2026, Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, retroactive to the date of her interim suspension on May 17, 2023.1 In re Smith, Op. No. 28326 (S.C. Sup. Ct. filed Apr. 22, 2026) (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 16 at 14). She has now filed an affidavit requesting reinstatement pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, contained in Rule 413 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.
The request is granted, and Petitioner is hereby reinstated as an inactive member of the South Carolina Bar.
