IN RE: Edward C. NIX, Respondent
ORDER
On April 3, 2023, Respondent was placed on interim suspension. In re Nix, 439 S.C. 163, 886 S.E.2d 482 (2023). Respondent now petitions this Court to lift interim suspension. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has filed a return in which it does not object to the relief requested in the petition. The petition is granted, and Respondent's interim suspension is hereby lifted.1

1. Although this order lifts Respondent's interim suspension, Respondent remains on administrative suspension. In re Admin. Suspensions for Failure to Comply with Continuing Legal Educ. Requirements, S.C. Sup. Ct. Order dated May 1, 2024; see also Rule 419(e), SCACR (setting forth the procedure for seeking reinstatement from administrative suspension).
