IN RE: Edward C. NIX (2024)

ORDER

On April 3, 2023, Respondent was placed on interim suspension. In re Nix, 439 S.C. 163, 886 S.E.2d 482 (2023). Respondent now petitions this Court to lift interim suspension. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has filed a return in which it does not object to the relief requested in the petition. The petition is granted, and Respondent's interim suspension is hereby lifted.¹
