IN RE: Justin M. MCGEE (2023)

ORDER

By order dated June 1, 2023, Respondent was placed on interim suspension. In re McGee, 439 S.C. 483, 888 S.E.2d 256 (2023). Respondent now petitions this Court to lift his interim suspension. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel does not oppose that request.

The petition is granted, and Respondent's interim suspension is hereby lifted.
