Affirmed. See State v. Donathan, 281 Or. App. 781, 383 P.3d 946 (2016), rev. den., 360 Or. 752, 388 P.3d 724 (2017) (construing ORS 813.010(5), a statute worded similarly to ORS 813.011(1), and concluding that the term “conviction” includes a finding of guilt); State v. Turntine, 265 Or. App. 323, 336 P.3d 513 (2014), rev. den., 356 Or. 690, 344 P.3d 1112 (2015) (likewise applying principles of statutory construction to conclude that the term “convicted” in ORS 163.160(3) includes a finding of guilt).
