RE: Termination of Certificate of an Official Court Reporter Appointed on a Temporary Basis

ORDER

Pursuant to the Oklahoma Constitution, Article IX, § 19 and 20 O.S. Supp.2011, § 106.3B, Robyn Riley and Lisa Haynes were previously appointed as shorthand reporters on a temporary basis pursuant to SCAD-2026-2 and SCAD-2026-51. On July 15, 2026, this Court enrolled Robyn Riley and Lisa Haynes as Certified Voice Reporters. (See SCAD-2026-64 and SCAD-2026-59).

The Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters has advised that the court reporters’ temporary permits should be terminated as a result of their enrollments.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Chief Justice, the temporary permits of Robyn Riley (SCAD-2026-2) and Lisa Haynes (SCAD-2026-51) are hereby terminated effective July 16, 2026.

DONE BY ORDER OF THE SUPREME COURT this 24th day of July, 2026.
