{¶ 1} The judgment of the First District Court of Appeals is vacated, and the cause is remanded to that court for application of our decision in State v. King, 2026-Ohio-2656, ––– Ohio St.3d ––––, ––– N.E.3d ––––, 2026 WL 2022914.
The below judgment of the court was joined by DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and Shanahan, JJ. Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, J., dissented in accordance with Chief Justice Kennedy's separate opinion in State v. King, 2026-Ohio-2656, ––– Ohio St.3d ––––, ––– N.E.3d ––––, 2026 WL 2022914.
