The PEOPLE, etc., respondent, v. Carlton JONES, appellant.
DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rhonda Z. Tomlinson, J.), rendered April 11, 2023, convicting him of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and driving while intoxicated, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as academic.
The defendant's contentions that the period of probation imposed was excessive and that the Supreme Court improperly imposed a certain condition of probation have been rendered academic, since the period of probation has expired (see People v Hernandez, 242 AD3d 1114; People v Vasquez, 170 AD3d 758, 759).
DILLON, J.P., BRATHWAITE NELSON, WOOTEN and LANDICINO, JJ., concur.
