The PEOPLE, etc., respondent, v. Mitchell COFFEY, appellant.
DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Steven A. Pilewski, J.), rendered August 1, 2024, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.
The record demonstrates that the defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waived his right to appeal (see People v. Thomas, 34 NY3d 545). The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes appellate review of his contentions regarding the denial of his suppression motion (see People v. Lynn, 251 AD3d 858, 859; People v. Bradford, 247 AD3d 778, 778–779), including his challenge to an evidentiary ruling made at the suppression hearing (see People v. Vargas, 258 A.D.2d 350).
LASALLE, P.J., IANNACCI, LOVE and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
