DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Cindy L. Sanchez for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Sanchez was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 24, 2002. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 11, 2024, Sanchez was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective January 10, 2025 (see Matter of Sanchez, 234 A.D.3d 122, 221 N.Y.S.3d 257).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that, effective immediately, Cindy L. Sanchez, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Cindy L. Sanchez, to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
