DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Jessica K. Rekhi, for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Rekhi was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 17, 2006. By opinion and order of this Court dated January 10, 2024, Rekhi was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months (see Matter of Rekhi, 223 A.D.3d 70, 203 N.Y.S.3d 196). By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2025, Rekhi's first motion f o r reinstatement was denied with leave to renew in six months.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it further,

ORDERED that, effective immediately, Jessica K. Rekhi is reinstated as an attorne y a n d counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Jessica K. Rekhi to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
