IN RE: William James FURBER III, a suspended attorney. (Attorney Registration No. 5082169)
DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by William James Furber III for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Furber was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on December 6, 2012. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 27, 2025, Furber was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, commencing September 26, 2025 (see Matter of Furber, 245 A.D.3d 124, 240 N.Y.S.3d 514).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, William James Furber III is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-At-Law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of William James Furber III, to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-Law.
