DECISION & ORDER

Appeals by the defendant from three judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Howard E. Sturim, J.), each rendered February 27, 2025, convicting him of assault in the second degree under Indictment No. 72359/23, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree under Indictment No. 72840/23, and disorderly conduct under Superior Court Information No. 70557/25, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.

ORDERED that the judgments are affirmed.

The defendant's contention that this Court should exercise its interest of justice jurisdiction to reduce the sentences imposed is precluded by his waiver of the right to appeal, which he does not challenge (see People v. Lopez, 6 N.Y.3d 248, 255, 811 N.Y.S.2d 623, 844 N.E.2d 1145; People v. Anderson, 223 A.D.3d 912, 912, 202 N.Y.S.3d 458).
