DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rooney, J.), rendered September 19, 2007, convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contentions raised in point one of his brief are partially unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05[2] ). In any event, those contentions do not warrant reversal (see People v. Lewis, 48 AD3d 483, 484; People v. Wright, 40 AD3d 1021, 1021; see also People v. Singh, 299 A.D.2d 498, 499).

The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).
