NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE et al., Plaintiffs–Respondents, v. U.S. SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendant, Freedom Specialty Insurance Company et al., Defendants–Appellants.
Appeals having been taken to this Court by the above-named appellants from an Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Andrea Masley, J.), entered on or about May 14, 2025,
And said appeals having been argued by counsel for the respective parties; and due deliberation having been had thereon, and upon the stipulations of the parties hereto dated April 21, 2026 and July 10, 2026,
It is unanimously ordered that said appeals be and the same are hereby withdrawn in accordance with the terms of the aforesaid stipulations.
