Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.), entered on or about June 24, 2011, denying the petition for production of a New York Police Department Internal Affairs Bureau investigative file, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
Upon review of the records sought, we agree with Supreme Court that they are not material and relevant as direct evidence of petitioners' allegations in a New Jersey action (see Civil Rights Law § 50–a).
