Tingling, J.), entered June 29, 2010, modified, on the law, to grant, upon our search of the record, partial summary judgment to plaintiffs to the extent of determining that the tie-in provision was applicable to limit the coverage afforded under the policy, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
