MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
It is hereby ORDERED that said appeal from the order insofar as it denied leave to reargue, and insofar as taken by petitioner-plaintiff Bernard Ment, individually and as Chairperson of Onondaga County Committee of the Conservative Party of New York State and Committee Member Dewitt District 9, is unanimously dismissed and the order is affirmed without costs.
