THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. WILLIAM L. HOULE, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
It is hereby ORDERED that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
Memorandum: We previously held this case, reserved decision, and remitted the matter to County Court for a ruling on that part of defendant's omnibus motion seeking inspection of the grand jury minutes and dismissal of the indictment on the ground that the grand jury proceeding was defective (People v Houle, 236 AD3d 1296, 1298 [4th Dept 2025]). In that prior decision, we rejected defendant's remaining contentions.
Upon remittal, the court denied the abovementioned part of defendant's omnibus motion. Defendant does not raise any contentions with respect to that denial and has thus abandoned any such contentions (see People v White, 206 AD3d 1620, 1621 [4th Dept 2022], lv denied 38 NY3d 1136 [2022], reconsideration denied 39 NY3d 943 [2022]; People v Blair, 129 AD3d 1514, 1515 [4th Dept 2015], lv denied 26 NY3d 965 [2015], reconsideration denied 26 NY3d 1038 [2015]). We therefore affirm the judgment.
