The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Ralphie MYREE, Defendant–Appellant.
Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Maxwell T. Wiley J.), rendered July 17, 2019, convicting defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing her, as a second felony offender, to a term of 3 1/212 to 7 years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the prison component of the sentence to a term of 3 to 6 years, and otherwise affirmed.
We find the sentence excessive to the extent indicated.
