Matter of JUSTIN L. and Jennifer L. Jefferson County Department of Social Services, Respondent; Jeremy L., Appellant. (Appeal No. 1.)
The order sought to be appealed recites that it was based on the consent of respondent. The record establishes that respondent consented to both the findings of abuse and neglect, without an admission of guilt, and also agreed to the proposed disposition. No appeal lies from the order because respondent is not an aggrieved party (see, CPLR 5511; Matter of Christa A., 256 A.D.2d 1093, 683 N.Y.S.2d 467; Matter of Poler v. Larimer, 204 A.D.2d 1067, 614 N.Y.S.2d 350).
Appeal unanimously dismissed without costs.
