Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (James Leff, J.), rendered November 9, 1995, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, 121/212 to 25 years and 71/212 to 15 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.

The challenged written and videotaped statements, which were preceded by Miranda warnings, were admissible since they were free of any taint from defendant's earlier uncounseled statements.
