On review of submissions pursuant to section 500.11 of the Rules, order affirmed. The Appellate Division did not apply an incorrect legal standard in reviewing the weight of the evidence and this Court has no further power to review defendant's weight of the evidence challenge (see People v. Anderson, 45 N.Y.3d 489, 493, 260 N.Y.S.3d 270, 282 N.E.3d 1213 [2026] ). Defendant's remaining contentions are unpreserved for this Court's review (see People v. Olds, 36 N.Y.3d 1091, 1092, 143 N.Y.S.3d 664, 167 N.E.3d 920 [2021]; People v. Prado, 4 N.Y.3d 725, 726, 790 N.Y.S.2d 418, 823 N.E.2d 824 [2004]; CPL 470.05[2] ).
