Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order affirming the decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board assessing appellant for additional unemployment insurance contributions, denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remaining portions of the Appellate Division order do not finally determine the proceedings within the meaning of the Constitution.
