Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed the March 2019 Family Court dispositional order, denied; motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the separate Appellate Division order as dismissed the appeal from the July 2019 Family Court order modifying visitation, dismissed upon the ground that appellant is not a party aggrieved (see CPLR 5511); motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remaining portions of the Appellate Division orders do not finally determine the proceedings within the meaning of the Constitution.
