OPINION OF THE COURT

On consideration of the continuation of this Court's April 2, 2018 suspension of Honorable Robert L. Cicale from the office of Judge of the District Court, Suffolk County (see 31 N.Y.3d 996, 73 N.Y.S.3d 794, 97 N.E.3d 403 [2018]), it is determined that the suspension is continued, without pay, effective immediately, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44.

Chief Judge DiFiore and Judges Rivera, Stein, Fahey, Garcia, Wilson and Feinman concur.
