Motion, insofar as defendants Fort I Group, L.P., et al. seek leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed the January 25, 2018 Supreme Court order denying their motion for attorneys' fees, dismissed upon the ground that such portion of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that defendants Fort I Group, L.P., et al. are not parties aggrieved by the remainder of the Appellate Division order (see CPLR 5511).
