Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the December 2017 Appellate Division order, dismissed upon the ground that such order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the February 2018 Appellate Division order granting appellant's application to withdraw and discontinue his appeal to that court, dismissed upon the ground that appellant is not a party aggrieved (see CPLR 5511).
