The Appellate Division correctly determined that plaintiff failed to submit sufficient evidence to support a finding of liability against defendant hospital. Chief Judge Lippman and Judges Graffeo, Read, Smith, Pigott and Rivera concur. Judge Abdus–Salaam took no part.
