ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of a district court order domesticating a foreign judgment and resolving all issues of child custody. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; Hon. Jason Woodbury, Judge.

This court's review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, notice of entry of the challenged order was served by mail on June 12, 2026. Appellant's notice of appeal was, therefore, due by July 16, 2026. See NRAP 4(a)(1); NRAP 26(a), (c). Appellant's notice of appeal was filed in the district court on July 17, 2026, 1 day beyond the relevant appeal period. An untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in this court. Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987). Because we lack jurisdiction over an untimely notice of appeal, we
