ORDER DENYING PETITION

On May 4, 2026, Ryan Mortier filed a petition to transfer to inactive status in lieu of his current suspension for nonpayment of membership fees. We decline to entertain the petition. Petitioner must submit his request for inactive status to the State Bar of Nevada in the first instance. See SCR 12, 13. Accordingly, we
