ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal challenging the district court's alleged failure to resolve several motions. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; Hon. Jason Woodbury, Judge.

This court's review of the notice of appeal and the documents submitted to this court pursuant to NRAP 3(g) reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, appellant fails to identify an appealable order. See NRAP 3A(b). This court has jurisdiction to consider an appeal only when the appeal is authorized by statute or court rule. Taylor Constr. Co. v. Hilton Hotels Corp., 100 Nev. 207, 209, 678 P.2d 1152, 1153 (1984). No statute or court rule provides for an appeal in this instance. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.¹
