ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a motion to vacate arbitration award. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Hon. Colleen R. Brown, Judge.

On July 29, 2026, this court issued a notice informing appellant to, among other things, file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on August 27, 2026, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by September 10, 2026. The order cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
